Heal Your Soul to Heal Your Life

The soul is the main reference for knowledge and experiencein our life; it is also the mastermind behind our thoughts, feelings andactions.  Attending to the healthof the soul is perhaps the most important thing in a person's life. Assimplistic as it may sound, to swiftly and effectively solve the root causes ofour problems requires a major overhaul of our way of perception.

Our personal beliefs and viewpoints determine our individualreality. If you know and feel in your heart that everything in your life ismeaningful and necessary for your inner growth and development, then eachexperience of yours will serve as a means to further your spiritual andmaterial abundance. On the other hand, if your interpretation of life is anunhappy one, your experiences will most likely be characterized by frustrationand constant disappointments.

Food For The Soul

The soul's primary ‘food’ is the feeling of joy and happiness. The soul uses this food to increase love, wisdom and abundance in your life.Real happiness is the natural result of balance and harmony among all thedifferent aspects of life.

Happiness is generated when the soul sees oneness permeatingdifferences, when lovers unite in ecstasy, or when an artist merges with hispiece of art. Even the smallest pleasures that we experience in life canfurther the integrity of life. They tune the ego, the intellect, the mind, thesenses and the body, and they create more harmony and joyful interactionbetween them. This reestablishes health (wholeness) in its truest sense. Doingwhat pleases us feeds the soul.

Without the experience of happiness, real healing orcompletion in any area of life cannot take place, whether it is physical, emotional, material or spiritual. The degree of happiness determines the degreeof health and well-being. Restlessness and disharmony are qualities that canmotivate you to look for a deeper purpose in life. The deeper purpose is theacquisition of the ability to love and watch the consequences of love inaction.

Love Thyself . . .

Self-respect, self-esteem, self-confidence and self-worthare indications of the kind of love one cherishes for oneself and for others.Low self-worthiness, on the other hand, fosters negativity, destructiveness andaggression. The lesson of self-love is the single most important thing that anyperson can learn in life.

We can create numerous opportunities to express our love.Whenever we pause for a moment and look what needs attention and care in ourlives, the love energy within us begins to increase and connect us withUniversal Love. The more you look for such opportunities, the greater will bethe love force within you. When you develop self-love – which should not be confusedwith egotism or narcissism – you become increasingly pregnant with love energyand are willing to share it with others and the world. This forever heals yoursoul, body, mind and world.

Thank you, dear Andreas Moritz, for saying the truth and for being there. Remember though that the truth simply is, needs no defense. Attack will fade from its own unreality if simply not responded to.

      Dear Veronica,

Thank you very much for kind words.

I am in complete agreement with you on what you said. As mentioned in the newsletter, I have no desire or need to fight anything or anyone, and I certainly don't feel weak or victimized. I actually never felt more empowered and resourceful. Something marvelous is coming from all this that otherwise would not have been conceivable. The number of wonderful people that have come forth to support me is simply mind boggling. This is way bigger than me, or what I do. One friend, for example has taken it upon himself to publish all my books in India, Israel and Australia. Nexus magazine has come forward to write a review about the cancer book and publish it in the April issue. I tried to get into Nexus for years. Reaching out to the world to increase our sense of oneness and share our light has been due, and this incidence became the trigger for it.

The "attacks" or rather blessings in disguise, as I call them, are responsible for a global free online healing service I am working on, something that hasn't been done before.  So, no I am very happy about what is happening, no regrets.

      Have a beautiful day!

      Gratefully,

      Andreas

Your message right here in the comments section is extremely helpful to me. When a "bad" situation occurs, we have the choice to see it as "bad" or we have the choice to give it our own meaning. You've chosen to see this occurrance as a way for the universe to open new doors to you, bring you new information, help you meet new people who can help further what you do, etc. I needed to read what you wrote. It helps me very much. I'm going through a small health situation right now and I choose to see it as a good thing. It will help me unlock new gifts, bring me new information that will help me, etc. Your words are very calming and healing to me. Thank you. Keep doing what you do. You are amazing!!

    Dear Andreas,
As you know the German speaking clients which I am supporting over here are very grateful to you. Both books 'the amazing liver- and gallbladder cleanse' as well as the 'cancer is not a disease' book have been translated into German and I get such great feedback about them that this campaign is just proving how wonderful, strong and helpful they are. We all know that the good will always be stronger and I fully agree that what we experience is making as stronger and opens up doors. Luckily we have people like you Andreas, with great courage, trust in the good, love for the human being and the willingness to share it's own experiences. Thanks once more and all the best from Switzerland. Love Franziska

    Dear Andreas,

I love your website and have bought 2 of your books and a beautiful healing poster that gives me peace whenever I look at it.

Because you are genuine in your work and are trying to help millions of people understand what disease actually means and how our bodies can heal with proper nutrition and mental outlook, there are going to be enemies of healers such as you on the increase. The pharmaceutical industry is busy attacking natural healers like you and often they do this with the help of medical doctors who stand to profit from them.

You are truly awesome in what you write and also convey in paintings. I had the pleasure and good fortune of talking to you just once a couple of years ago when I called your number to order a book.

I will continue to read your blogs and pray for more people to be able to read your books and learn from them, especially on how to overcome disease.

Thanks, Andreas for your humanitarian work in helping people heal!

I agree that our physical and spiritual health are interconnected and both needs to be nurtured and feed with good food. Achieving balance is a goal that most people don't think about let alone work on, but it is very important even for emotional health. I have been taught that good food, hard work, fun play, and 8 hours of sleep need to make up every day we live.
