We are what we choose to eat

Mankind has managed to produce two basic types of foods i.e. low vibration and high vibration foods. Low vibration foods are those which are processed, refined, preserved, genetically altered, enhanced, flavored, etc. They include all the dead foods (void of Chi or life force), such as meat, fish, chicken, pasteurized milk and dairy foods, canned, frozen, packaged and shelved products such as cold cereals, candy, soft drinks, and most of the other 20,000 or so food products that are on the market today.

Very few foods that have gone through processing have enough life force in them to sustain health and vitality. Chemical additives, as well as added vitamins and minerals, further degrade the food's ability to maintain balance in the body. Only foods left the way nature created them can be considered high frequency, health-promoting foods.

Food derived from killed animals, birds or fish has the lowest vibration of all because it imbibes the death frequency. It is helping those who eat this type of food to experience the more crude opposites of life, to be grounded on the dense physical plane and to learn about death and destruction. Dead foods further the death experience, one of the most important experiences of all. Isolation, endings, decay, deterioration, etc. all resonate with the fear of death, and these foods allow a person to manifest these qualities in order to live through them and to release them. In many cases, this means actually needing to die physically because of eating these foods. It is not surprising that these low frequency foods are now more and more recognized to be the cause of such killer diseases as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.

In addition, every year, 5,000 deaths, 325,000 hospitalizations and 76 million illnesses are caused by food poisoning. That is 34% above what it was in 1948, despite (or rather, because of) all our technology aimed at better food handling. The amount of contaminated food on store shelves has reached its highest level in more than a decade. Parasites enter and thrive in those foods that are basically useless, and many of these creatures are also harmful to the human body. Nature has the tendency to get rid of what is no longer good for consumption; these organisms help to do just that. But since we don't get the message, we need to learn it the hard way.

Fresh, high frequency plant foods that are not treated or grown with chemicals are rarely visited by disease-causing germs because the plants' immune system knows how to subdue the intruders naturally. If an organic food is potentially harmful, nature will destroy it before it can reach your mouth.

Just moments before you intend to ingest food, your body knows whether it is old, dead, or contaminated through special 'radar' called instinct. You can verify your body's natural instinct through Kinesiology muscle testing. Your body's muscles will suddenly turn weak when you look at the food or hold it in your hand. I personally feel moisture appearing on my fingertips when I touch something that doesn't harmonize with my body, for example, medical drugs.

Most people have subdued their natural instinct or simply choose to ignore it. What eludes the perception of what is happening with our bodies, though, is the real reason why we choose to eat what we eat.

Eggs are perfect for making chicken, not humans. The frequency of eggs is perfectly suited for that. Humans vibrate on a different level.  Also, how chickens are raised makes a big difference.  Factory farm chicken have the lowest health and vitality (and, therefore, vibration) which, in turn, affects energy levels in humans who eat them or their eggs.

In addition, now that we know that chickens are fed arsenic that stays in their body, I suspect the chicken embryos (eggs) also have arsenic in them. And 48% of factory farm-raised chickens contain antibiotic resistant organisms, which can also be found on/in eggs. Millions of people are sickened each year by superbugs and parasites like salmonella, found on chicken and eggs.

I find this very interesting, thank you. It does make sense to choose living foods over dead foods for our own health.
But still sometimes doubt enters my mind, because a lot of experts have different opinions.
For example, one doctor, who is very well known is the alternative world, claims that some people are the type who do need animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs for their optimum health; that there is no universal diet, and that one man's food is another man's poison.
When I read that, that also made sense.
But it leaves me a bit confused.
What are your thoughts on this?

    Have a wonderful day,

I have addressed this issue in great detail in my book, Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation. It does deal with body typing and how different body types digest, utilize and metabolize foods differently and require different things form different foods. I have listed all the major foods according to the Ayurveda body types.

Then the section on eating meat or other animal protein foods explains why it is so difficult to digest and utilize them in the body. Eating them on a regular basis increases a person’s risk of dying from all causes (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.) by 20 %, according to a study on 550,000 Americans. On the other hand, no study has shown eating a balanced vegetarian diet increases one’s risk of dying. In the book. I also explain why the blood type cannot determine which foods are suitable for us and which ones are not.

      Warmly,
      Andreas

        Hi Andreas,
I'm reading your books as well as old posts on curezone for the past year. I'm for example a blood type o which require high protein diet. I dont like meat chicken etc but I can tell you that at times i just feel I need meat. on a spiritual level... following Kabbalah for many years i know that certain fish and kosher meats are here for the human to eat according to the old wisdom. these are things that are written by the big sages from hundreds and thousands of years ago. im not going to get into it here but it has to do with helping to elevate the soul of the chicken, fish, caw etc. do you believe in reincarnation??

I do remember some of my previous lifetimes and, in my work with Sacred Santémony, I deal with other people’s previous lives all the time.  I have also written about the subject in Lifting the Veil of Duality.

If you have my book, Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation, in the section on vegetarian diet, I write about the blood type diet and why I cannot agree with it. I prefer the 6,000 year old metabolic typing of Ayurveda.

I agree with the idea that meat and other animal products help to dull, dampen or subdue spiritual access, which some people feel is necessary for them. I have never seen anyone whose spirituality increased as a result of eating animals; to the contrary. In my own case, my spiritual growth enhanced greatly when I became a vegetarian 40 years ago.

I didnt mean eating meat will enhance spiritual growth. i did mean that some animals if killed in a kosher way dont suffer and when eaten it help elevate their soul to a higher degree. could be that they will come back as a human or example. but thats a all dif discussion. it does state in the old book o the Zohar that some people are not meant to eat meat but many do.

I am sorry, Rachel, but I misunderstood. It’s a good question, but I am not completely sure about the answer, except, in the Native American tradition, it was believed animals killed with respect and gratitude for food would benefit. I personally believe that it all depends on our intention. What we do with love, gratitude and respect will become enhanced. I would assume the same holds true for the killing of animals.

Hello Andreas, I have a question about food combinations, as I understand it, if you mix animal proteins with starch they both produce digestive juices that cancel each other out. My question is, does butter have animal protein in it, if so, does this mean that I have been violating this law by eating butter with my rice and lentils? Also, when eating starchy foods, how does the akeline enzyme not interfer with the hydrocloric acid in the stomach. Isn't acid always present in the stomach or does it only become present once chewing signals the stomach what is needed?

      Dear Jermaine,

Butter is almost only fat, so this is not causing any problems.

Salivary enzymes combined with starches begin the digestive process and do about 80% of the work of pre-digesting them (turning starches into sugars) and pre-digesting fats before the stomach starts secreting hydrochloric acid, after about 20 minutes of eating food.

      Warmly,

      Andreas
