And congratulations! Yes, the pain on the side is actually caused by a blockage of the gallbladder meridian that runs along the side. This can cause pain, tingling, numbness and loss of movement. I used to have the same issue before I did my own liver and gallbladder flushes 15 year ago, and it also cleared up right after the first flush. Millions of people suffer from this and their doctors have no clue what’s causing it (i.e., accumulation of stones in the liver bile ducts and gallbladder).

Warmly,
Oh, I’am so happy to have found this blog, with lots of great posts and great questions/answers.

I am a woman from Norway, 53 years old. I have different physical problems that I want to get rid of. Among these things, I have had a constant pain in the whole right side of my body, since I was 28 years old, The pain is diffuse, and doctors have not had any explanation.

I just did my first liver flush. ALL PAINS IN THE RIGHT SIDE IS GONE! I can’t believe it’s true, but it is a fact. In addition, the desire to live and eat more healthy have increased significantly after the flush.

I have told about my flush on my blog, http://livsmagasinet.no/leverrensning and posted some pictures of my first stones. And of course, told about Andreas Moritz and his wonderful book! So if there are readers here from Scandinavia, just go in and see. And the rest of you could use Google translate, if you want to have a look. :-)

I’m so happy for this, and I will do many more liver flush, can’t wait for my next. I could do this every week! :)

Warmly thanks to you, Andreas!
♥ Big hugs to all of you! ♥

This is a great article that does a very good job of giving an understandable explanation to a complex topic. Your words have inspired me and will no doubt allow me to better make decisions when I deal with these situations. I hope to avoid disease, but understanding what it truly means will allow me to deal with it properly.

Dear Frank,

That is a very good question. I differentiate between bulky muscles and lean muscles. Bulky muscles are rarely found in populations that eat very little meat or other protein products, like rural India, Nepal, and other Asian, African and South American countries. Most people there are thin, but strong, with strong endurance and high energy. There may be some exceptions, but they would be the true Kapha types.

Flesh foods certainly stimulate a lot of insulin and muscle growth factors and, thus, the people can assume a bulky appearance. However, this can be wasteful in the sense that a lot of extra energy is usurped by muscle cells. Maintaining bulky muscles for many years can eventually lead to a chronic energy deficit later in life. You can see this often among professional athletes who suddenly are burned out and then age very rapidly and/or develop diseases. These are also the individuals who typically have used protein products to keep stimulating muscle growth.

In my opinion, this is risky, since nature didn’t design humans in this way. I see a lot of tumor developments in those who take that route. I do recommend using our muscles through exercise, ideally in combination with sun exposure (to obtain Vitamin D, necessary for proper muscle development) to help maintain the muscle tissue we are designed to have. If extra muscles are built just for the sake of having them and doing another strenuous workout, of for “better" looks, it may be good for someone’s self-confidence, but not much more.

Of course, a balanced diet is just as important. Many people who turned vegetarian don’t eat well. There are plenty of foods that contain usable proteins, including broccoli and other veggies, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, etc. I always use the example of Orangutans who have very lean but extremely strongly muscles, just from eating vegetation.

Warmly,
Andreas
